Crypto Crime Evolves: Billions Stolen, New Threats Emerge

The Financial Action Task Force (FATF) reported that 85 jurisdictions implemented the “travel rule,” creating significant headwinds for illicit cash-out networks. Sanctions now target not only hackers but also facilitators, including mixer operators.
